The court ruled that the ailments included even a 'temporary disruption' of the group's normal working conditions, including fatigue and nausea - which the company claimed its products could treat.

"By illness, you should understand even a slight or temporary disturbance in the normal state or normal functioning of the body," the decision said.
Approximately 7.5 million liters of beer are consumed by 6 million beer lovers over the course of 18 days at the festival which will end on October 6.
